LOCATION

• A privately owned caravan holiday home, on the cliffs at Broadland Sands Holiday Park, Corton, Suffolk.

• The village of Corton is situated on the Suffolk/Norfolk border between the lively resort of Great Yarmouth and the old fishing port of Lowestoft, just a couple of miles from Oulton Broad. 

•  Buses for Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft stop by the main entrance to the park.

THE CARAVAN

• The caravan is a 36' x 12' Carnaby Champagne, fully double glazed and centrally heated.

• Fully fitted shower room, WC and washbasin, also en-suite to the master bedroom.

• Kitchen has full size gas cooker, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment..

• Fully equipped with everything you need for your self-catering holiday.

• Sleeps up to 4 - Bedroom 1 has a double bed - Bedroom 2 has twin beds, (will make into a second double bed). 

• Pillows, duvets and bed linen included! 

• 'Freeview' multi channel TV/radio and DVD player.

• Decking to the side and rear of the caravan, with private, south facing decked area overlooking open fields. 

• The caravan is situated in a quiet corner of the park, just a short walk to the entertainment complex, but far enough away for you to be undisturbed by any noise from the night life!

FREE ACCESS TO ENTERTAINMENT & LEISURE FACILITIES INCLUDED 

• Broadland Sands has a large heated swimming pool, (open mid May to early September ), with 45 metre flume, and separate children's pool, with walled sun terrace. 

• There is a new crazy golf course, tennis courts, and pitch and put on the cliff top, with panoramic views of the sea. 

• Inside you will find pool and snooker tables, huge screen for Sky Sports etc and a 'Sports Bar' area. Indoor amusements and entertainment for the children and outdoor play areas. The large Club Room has live entertainment nightly, cash bingo, quizzes, competitions, music and dancing, also a separate lounge area and conservatory when you just want to relax. 

• When you don't feel like cooking, there is an excellent French themed restaurant on the park, 'Le Jardin Bistro' open for breakfasts, lunches and evening meals, 7 days a week in season. Also 'The Beach Hut' takeaway, and small retail unit selling holiday essentials.

A non-refundable deposit of £25 will be required, with the balance due 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. 

Book 2 consecutive weeks and deduct £25 from the second week

• The caravan is a privately owned, family holiday home, and is available for letting to families and couples only. 

•  We regret we are unable to accept bookings from all male or female groups, any couples under 21, or groups of under 25's.

• A £50 damages deposit will be added to your final balance, to be refunded at the end of your stay after the accommodation has been checked. The cost of any damage or breakages will be deducted.

• Please note: We cannot accept responsibility if any of the facilities at Broadland Sands are unavailable for use. This includes the restaurant, swimming pool, entertainment club and children's playground.
