These prices do not include entertainment passes, but may be purchased from reception if required. (Prices to be confirmed)

 

A non-refundable deposit of £50 will be required, with the balance due 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.

           May we respectfully suggest holiday insurance is taken out in case of cancellation.

The caravan is a privately owned, family holiday home, and is available for letting to families and couples only.

 We regret we are unable to accept bookings from all male or female groups,

any couples under 21, or groups of under 25's.

A £50 damages deposit will be added to your final balance, to be refunded at the end of your stay after the accommodation has been checked. The cost of any damage or breakages will be deducted.

A 4 berth Willerby Bermuda caravan with two bedrooms. The double bedroom has en-suite and the other has twin beds. The large lounge diner leads through to the kitchen area, with full size cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer.

This privately owned caravan is in a prime position on the park, with views across to the the golf course and Great Yarmouth race course. It has a large outdoor decking area, south west facing, to soak up the sun or ‘al fresco’ dining.

Across from a large sandy beach, Seashore is perfect for seaside family holidays. Close to the amenities of Great Yarmouth, this lively Park is ideal for families looking for an action packed holiday.

 Stroll across the dunes to the long & beautiful sandy beach opposite the park. There’s fun for everyone in the heated indoor pools with breath taking flumes, or have fun with friendly competition on the mini-golf course

 Have a break from from cooking with a meal in the Mash and Barrel Lounge Bar Café, experience the excitement of the Climbing Wall with Abseiling, or relax with a game of Mini Ten-Pin Bowling. Enjoy a stroll on the wide sandy beach, a bike ride or a barbecue. Evening entertainment can be found in the ShowBar for a drink, live music and dancing.

The Local Area

At nearby Potter Heigham you can combine a boat trip with a visit to Latham's, a village store with a difference, where you can buy almost anything at bargain prices. The picturesque small broadland town of Wroxham is also well worth a visit. Here you will find restaurants and cafes by the riverside, where you can relax and enjoy a meal or just a coffee while watching the boats go by.

Stroll along Great Yarmouth’s Golden Mile, with it's two piers, the Wellington Pier, and Britannia Pier, which has a theatre with well known artistes starring in the summer shows. Join the hustle and bustle in the holiday shopping area, Regent Road, which runs from the town centre right down to the sea front, with dozens of souvenir shops and restaurants. Pay a visit to the famous Docwra's Rock Shop, where you are invited in to watch the complete process of making sticks of rock, both for Great Yarmouth and the rest of the country. If you have ever wondered how they get the letters through the middle, this is where they'll show you.
