The front of the site has uninterrupted views over the valley and dunes to the beach and sea, a few minutes walk away, (no roads to cross.) There is a wide expanse of grass at the front of the site overlooking the valley, where children can play ball games and fly kites. A short walk across the the front of the park, down into the valley and up through the dunes takes you to the beach.

The park has NO clubhouse, bingo, or amusement arcades! Just peace and quiet, beautiful scenery and long walks along the valley, dunes and beach. It is an ideal holiday location for nature lovers and those wishing for a quiet, relaxing break
Please note that access to the valley and beach directly from the chalet park would not be possible for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. There is alternative vehicular access via Beach Road in Winterton village.
A pleasant stroll along the valley or beach in the direction of Winterton - on - Sea will bring you to the Winterton Gap Beach Cafe, overlooking the sea, and open 7 days a week in season from 9am until late afternoon. Highly recommended for an excellent full English breakfast, freshly cooked to order from 9am to 11am and served to you at one of their outdoor tables overlooking the sea, or inside the cafe. The friendly staff also serve home cooked meals and snacks throughout the day, also teas, coffees, soft drinks and ice creams.
